KUALA LUMPUR: SkyWorld Development Group has achieved two major milestones with SkyAwani 3 Residences.
First, the timely completion of its SkyAwani 3 residences – an affordable housing project in Setapak, and more importantly, the SkyBridge on the 52nd floor was awarded the title of Malaysia’s highest residential SkyBridge by The Malaysia Book of Records.
“We not only provide a comfortable home, but also improve the lifestyle of those who reside here.
“With a strong commitment to quality workmanship and comprehensive facilities, our home buyers will have a pleasant living experience in the sky at SkyAwani 3,” said Lee Chee Seng, General Manager of SkyWorld, during the media night at SkyAwani 3 Residences.
The SkyAwani 3 SkyBridge rises 170.55m and is located on Level 52 of the Residence Facilities Floor.
This 550m sky bridge connects the three towers, where residents can enjoy an exclusively unobstructed view of the Kuala Lumpur city skyline.
Apart from the beautiful cityscape, there are other facilities such as a jogging track, chess sets, an outdoor fitness room and ample spaces to encourage healthy social interaction.
“We are very proud to see a new record set and a milestone marked by urban developer SkyWorld for achieving the highest residential SkyBridge in Malaysia.
“I am truly amazed that an affordable home can be so impressive with such comprehensive facilities, an exceptional facade and quality workmanship.
“Bravo, SkyWorld team and congratulations to its future residents who will enjoy the million dollar panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur from Level 52,” said Jwan Heah, Marketing Director of Malaysia Book of Records. SkyAwani 3 Residences is a Residensi Wilayah Keluarga Malaysia project compliant with Qlassic (Quality Assessment System in Construction) manufacturing. The development comprises 1,905 units and offers a 24-hour three-level security environment. It has 22 active and recreational facilities that are suitable for all generations, such as a swimming pool with bubble jacuzzi, a games room, a full basketball court and a gymnasium.
These three-bedroom, two-bathroom units with a built-up area of 800 square feet, are priced at RM300,000 and were quickly bought up upon launch.
Business associates were invited to tour the newly completed project and celebrate the accomplishments. The celebration took place at Malaysia’s tallest residential SkyBridge, with a splendid fireworks display and laser show to mark the occasion.
SkyWorld fully supports the government’s initiative to provide one million affordable housing units by 2029.
To date, SkyWorld has launched 6,236 affordable housing units and is one of the largest contributors to Residensi Wilayah Keluarga Malaysia.
Lee said the Awani Series is cemented as one of the most sought-after affordable homes given its extraordinary good price value, practical layout, quality craftsmanship and full-fledged condominium facilities.
With all of its Awani series fully taken, the SkyWorld team is currently planning its sixth installment.
Additionally, SkyWorld plans to launch four projects in Kuala Lumpur this year at various strategic locations in Setapak, Cheras, Taman Melawati and Setiawangsa.
